Stone Chiropractic Center Baseball Camp

Stone Chiropractic Center Baseball Camp was established in 1993, since then over 550 children have participated. This camp was born out of a desire to provide the children of our community an opportunity to learn from individuals who have reached the pinnacle of their profession and provide them with a vision of success. This camp was so well received that it is co-sponsored by the Watertown Parks and Recreation Department.

Our camp provides an opportunity for these children to learn life traits by utilizing baseball as the vehicle. Former professional baseball player, owner of Pro-Kids Baseball, Tony Ferriera and his staff, emphasizes the importance of team work, knowledge of fundamentals and the importance of work ethics to the campers. Our campers have had the privilege to have been instructed by Former professional ball players such as Terry Leach, Barry Lyons and David Cone. The children sponsored are chosen by each of the local school principals and by local business owners.

Every year approximately 75% of the children involved are sponsored by local businesses, for this is truly a community effort. These businesses are recognized on the backs of our camp shirts, newspaper articles and in this website. There should be more recognition but our sponsors understand that this camp is about the kids and not an advertisement.
